In the event that a student attempts the CCIE Voice Lab exam and is unsuccessful after attending an EvoAcademy advanced bootcamp class, the student shall be entitled to the following guarantee benefits without quibble - that's a promise!

FREE RETAKE OF BOOTCAMP CLASS

Students who are unsuccessful with their Lab exam attempt after attending an EvoAcademy bootcamp shall be entitled to a free repeat class:

• This offer includes sit in access to the same class taken initially in an effort to review and prefect areas of weakness in the first Lab attempt
• The retake offers 1:1 instructor post assessment to guide students with feedback and understanding on where they may have gone wrong with execution
• The repeat bootcamp class must be booked within 3 months from the unsuccessful lab attempt
• During this period, students have the option to book regular rack rental at a 20% discount should they wish to practice further

TRAVEL EXPENSE REFUND

Students who are unsuccessful with their Lab exam attempt shall be entitled to a refund of travel expenses:

• A refund of taxi, train, plane or any appropriate travel expenses used to commute to and from the Lab attempt at the Cisco testing location to a maximum value of £300.00

HOTEL/FOOD EXPENSE REFUND

Students who are unsuccessful with their Lab exam attempt shall be entitled to a refund of hotel and food expenses:

• A refund of hotel and any appropriate food expenses required in order to attend the Lab attempt at the Cisco testing location to a maximum value of £200.00

OFFER TERMS:

• There are no pre-assessment requirements in order to qualify, all students are eligible
• The bootcamp class taken must be regularly priced class unless part of a pre-agreed customised package
• The student should attempt the Lab exam within 6 weeks from the end of the bootcamp class
• The student must inform EvoAcademy of their claim(s) within 3 days of attempting the Lab exam and provide suitable evidence such as a valid unsuccessful score report with a matching attempt date
• Only original receipts for claims shall be accepted within the date period of the exam attempt

THE EVOACADEMY CCNA/CCNP VOICE PASS GUARANTEE OFFER

For all students that attend either a CCNA Voice or CCNP Voice class, either as a bootcamp or regular class - EvoAcademy shall guarantee their exam success with the following excellent benefits:

RETAKE OF LECTURE CLASS -OR- ADDITIONAL PRACTICE FOR FREE!!

• In the unlikely event that a student is unsuccessful with their first written exam attempt after attending an EvoAcademy class, the student shall be entitled to a free repeat class or choose up to 5 flexible days of additional practice on the racks/labs
• The retake offers 1:1 instructor post assessment to guide students with feedback and understanding on where they may have gone wrong with execution
• The repeat class must be booked within 2 weeks from the unsuccessful lab attempt and completed within 2 months

2nd EXAM FEE PAID!!

YES! You read it right! - Not only do we pay for your first exam fee, but if you do not achieve the result you want on your first attempt, we will soften the blow and pay for your 2nd attempt!!
