TERMS & CONDITIONS

Evolution Training Academy & EvoAcademy are trading names of UC Network Solutions Ltd.

• The 2012 super saver bootcamp offers students uncompromised quality and value for money and encompasses the following terms:
• Bookings must be paid in full 21 days in advance of the required class in order to assure hotel reservations
• There is no cash equivalent or refunds available for this offer
• Completed bookings are non-refundable
• Booking includes 12 nights hotel accommodation at a nearby hotel or B&B subject to availability
• Classes include 12 days of instructor led training for the Foundation bootcamp
• Classes include 12 days of instructor led training for the Advanced bootcamp + 12 days rack rental
• All materials and rack rental during standard class isincluded - additional rack rental can be booked separately
• In the event that the student is not successful at the Lab exam on the first attempt, the student may resit the Advanced class bootcamp (sit in only), and receive up to £300 refund for travel expenses (taxi/plane/train) plus up to £200 hotel expenses including 1 meal. Such expense guarantee shall be paid upon submission of valid receipts and accompanied by the respective student's failed score report with matching dates
• This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offer

• Students booking the Combination Bootcamp Offer at £5500 +vat shall be entitled to following benefits:
• Booking includes 24 nights hotel accommodation at a nearby hotel or B&B subject to availability
• 2 weeks rack rental is included in this deal, available within 2 months directly after bootcamp
• 5 Fully graded mock exams
• In the event that the student is not successful at the Lab exam on the first attempt, the student may resit the Advanced class bootcamp (sit in only), and receive up to £300 refund for travel expenses (taxi/plane/train) plus up to £200 hotel expenses including 1 meal. Such expense guarantee shall be paid upon submission of valid receipts and accompanied by the respective student's failed score report with matching dates

• This package includes 2 bootcamp classes, the Foundation and the Advanced – both of which are 12 days each including Monday-Saturday
• 2 standard racks weeks are included with this offer and are available for students to use within a 2 month period directly after the Advanced class. EvoAcademy may extend this at its soul discretion

• Students booking the Advanced Accelerated Bootcamp Offer shall be entitled to a complimentary free Amazon Kindle
• The course must be paid in full at the published price 30 days prior to attending the course
• There is no cash equivalent or refunds available for this offer
• In the event that the student resides in a geography that can not cater for the UK specification of 220V AC power, a complimentary free week of rack access shall be issued by way of replacement
• The free Amazon Kindle is provided with 1 years manufacture warranty via EvoAcademy and in the event that a fault should arise it should be returned directly to EvoAcademy for warranty return at the expense of the student if required
• The free Amazon Kindle shall be issued upon completion of the Advanced Accelerated class attendance in full
• This package includes the Advanced Accelerated class – which is 6 days including Monday-Saturday

• Students booking an ‘Early Bird’ offer are accepting heavily discounted pricing for the booking that they conclude in advance
• Once payment is completed there are no cancellation refunds
• The Early Bird promotions do not include complimentary rack access or free gifts such as Laptops or other complimentary devices
• Should students wish to book additional rack access time, they may do so at their leisure

• Booking a class can be done here and your seat can be reserved for a deposit of £500 no matter which course or package you choose. This deposit will ensure that you have a seat reserved in your name for your chosen course at your specified dates. 
• If you place a deposit for a course or package by means of a £500 deposit, you will have up to 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the class to complete the balance payment. If you cancel outside the 4 week period, a full refund of deposit will be issued. If you fail to complete payment before 4 weeks prior to the start of your course, your deposit will not be refunded should you decide to cancel. If you are experiencing order processing problems within your business, please contact us so we can work with you to assist wherever possible.
• All our classes are fully refundable including deposit up to 4 weeks prior to the class in question. Alternatively we will allow you to either reschedule or permit another friend or colleague to take your seat. We will extend this rescheduling promise to you for a period of 12 months from the date of original payment. All payments pertaining to classes commencing within the 4 week period are not refundable. 
• Booking classes within promotional periods requires payment to be completed in full, 4 weeks prior to commencing the class in order to assure a seat. Such classes are available to be taken within the specified promotional dates; however EvoAcademy reserves the right to extend these dates at their discretion or on an individual basis. Standard cancellation policies apply.

• Booking Racks are subject to availability. Please contact us to confirm available dates prior to booking. All Racks have a lifespan of 6 months so that we can effectively manage bookings and class schedules. We shall always endeavour that students attain their requirements with us, so book with confidence.

• We believe those who attend training to become CCIE™ Certified represent a certain calibre of individual, typically the top 2% of intellectuals in the IT field. As a result we respectfully request all students to abide with the terms of conduct set forth in the welcome pack pertaining to access, smoking, attendance and use of cell phones in class. These terms of conduct have been created with the interests of all our students in mind, however we reserve the right to ask a student to leave the class immediately should these terms of conduct be broken. Should this occur, the fee for the current course will be forfeited, however remaining classes will be honoured.

• EvoAcademy reserves the right to change pricing and packages without notice and at any time
• Pricing and packages issued to students by way of a formal quote are valid for the duration of the date on the respective quote
• Candidates making advanced bookings who wish to change their package to a new package subsequently announced may do so as long as they remain outside their 4 week notice period prior to the start of their scheduled class

• EvoAcademy genuinely aims to provide a world class level of service for candidate training which in addition to the conventional training, aims to place willing candidates into real jobs
• Through the network of recruitment providers that EvoAcademy as partnered with, EvoAcademy aims to work in tandem with the student to achieve placement into a working role, however this is to considered as an additional student benefit and is by no means a guarantee of employment
